Why can't I login using the password for my Pepper login?
You can, just not on your first visit.
Pepper eClubs are administered within an environment that provides added security to your email address. Pepper does not share or sell any customer lists, so protecting this information is important to us.
For security reasons, the login to manage your list subscriptions is stored in a separate database and is different from your Pepper account login.
Everyone logging in to manage their eClub profile for the first time using this new system, will have to initialize and confirm their participation status. Once you have done this, you may change your password. (We recommend using the same password that you use for your Pepper account login.)

Click here to receive your encrypted password. Once you receive the confirmation email address, follow the steps outlined to login.
